Shane Rozeveld is a young and ambitious Youth Pastor who comes from a from a huge town in Michigan known as McBain. Okay, the town isn't that big, weighing in with a population of 600, but it's worth significant mention.

Shane studied at a reformed college in the Bible belt of Michigan (Grand Rapids) at Kuyper College. This missionary geared school prepared Shane well for his calling here at Alberni Valley CRC. He received a Bachelors of Science in Worship and Music studies with a double major focusing on Biblical Studies. Along with his degree came a minor in communications, but more importantly, a focus to do God's work. 

Shane is married to a wonderful and creative, woman Emma. She is currently studying Global Studies with an environment focus at VIU in Nanaimo. 

Shane loves the outdoors and spends most of his free time taking part in creation: hiking, biking, running, walking, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Shane also enjoys sports including Ultimate Frisbee, basketball, and floor hockey.
